
- Ground beef
- 2 teaspoons each of ground garlic and ginger
- A pinch of salt and one seasoning cube of your choice
- One large egg
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix and roll into small balls. Fry for 12 – 15 mins on medium heat.
Other’s will add bread crumbs, white and black pepper or curry. But I kept it simple with this one.
