  • 1 and half cup soft flour
  • Two eggs
  • Two tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Pinch of salt
  • Two tablespoons sugar ( you may add more to suit your taste)
  • 300ml full cream milk

I just combined everything in a bowl and gave it a thorough whisk and fried for two minutes per scoop. You could also combine and afterwards, leave the batter in the fridge for some one hour before frying. It makes it fluffier
